About GHS Class of 69
Our Legacy
In 1969, high school classes at Greencastle High School were a mix of tradition and rebellion—caught between the chalkboards of the classroom and the chaos of the counterculture. It was the era of Woodstock, when tie-dye and bell bottoms made their way into the hallways, and students, including the GHS Class of 69, debated the Vietnam War between Algebra and English Lit. Rock 'n' roll blared from transistor radios, and 'free love' wasn't just a slogan—it was a mindset shaping a generation determined to break the mold. It was a time of change, challenge, and unforgettable grooves, when every senior yearbook had a little bit of peace, love, and revolution scribbled in its margins, setting the stage for reunion events like those at Airy Knob Farm.
Upcoming Reunion at Airy Knob Farm
- DATE: October 17-18, 2025
- Venue: Airy Knob Farm, Greencastle, IN Address: 3645 South Country Rd., 200 West (Manhattan Rd)
- Join the GHS Class of 69 for our reunion events!
- On Friday, Oct 17, at 6pm, Myers Market will cater dinner on location.
- On Saturday, Oct 18, brunch, lunch, and supper will be prepared by classmates in the gourmet kitchen at Airy Knob Farm.
- For those staying at the farm, breakfast will be provided on Sunday, Oct 19.
- Checkout time is at noon on Sunday, Oct 29.
- The entire cost for the weekend is $50 per person, which covers all meals.
Reunion Activities
- As requested, there are NO scheduled programs or activities during the GHS Class of 69 reunion events at Airy Knob Farm, but we will provide you with comfortable spaces and common areas for reconnecting and reminiscing about your time at Greencastle High School.
- With cooler temperatures this Fall, gathering around an evening pit-fire with s'mores and memories will be available.
- New this year is the option for poker games on Friday night, along with Euchre and pool competitions on Saturday afternoon.

Lodging at Airy Knob Farm
- If you're coming from out of town for the GHS Class of 69 reunion events, Airy Knob Farm offers 4 beautiful suites with queen size beds for $200 per room.
- Additionally, there are two extra bedrooms with bunkbeds (10 bunks total) available at $90 per night.
Please note, the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival will take place from October 10-19, 2025, and lodging in the surrounding counties will be at a premium during this time, so plan accordingly!
